Put the new window in at night and next day rain had water lines inside the window when driving. Safelite pulled the old but wouldn’t put the new in due to rust. It was about 8in in total and cleaned up easy with a wire brush. No bubbling, pinholes or flaking from rust. Thankful they left the new windshield and I had 3M window adhesive and primer.

Used the Craftsman wood lathe and Craftsman copy-crafter wood turning duplicator to make a new rocking chair spindle.

1996 Nissan Sentra fuel door fix fail. Not giving up so look for a part 2 in the future. Till then Ill be stretching to reach the fuel door and lever at the same time when refueling.

I use the plasma cutter to enlarge the opening on a old disc blade so it can be used as a grain drill marker.

 

Some of the bee hive boxes glued up uneven. Using a Jack Plane I level the bottom and square the other side up with the table saw. This technique should work also work with drawers or cabinets.
